The Whole Lamb/Whole Pig package and Mixed Meat Lovers package may need additional staff depending on numbers and menu extras.

One head staff member for $180

For 40 to 59 guests, an extra staff member will be needed for $160

For 60+ guests, we can calculate the staff charges for you as part of your quote, or please feel free to discuss it with Dave.

We require a minimum of two weeks.

After we ascertain with you the type of function that is being held, we then discuss the menu options and costs. Once that is decided upon, and you wish to book us to do the catering, we ask for a deposit to secure the booking.

The balance is then required to be paid 3 days prior to the function. Deposits are non-refundable.

The usual method of payment is Electronic Transfer, but cash or cheque is also accepted. Eftpos is also available.

For staffed events, all equipment to serve is included.

Eco friendly plates are used for all menus and are included in the price. Stainless steel cutlery is used for buffets and Christmas in July menus and is included in the price.

Eco friendly knives and forks are used for other menus and are included in the price.

Yes, most certainly. You can mix and match to suit your function and guests, and then we can discuss a price.

We need approx 3 metres x 3 metres to set up roasters and then enough space to set up 2 to 3 tables in a line for serving.

Left-over food is yours to enjoy at another time (if you so wish), providing you can supply containers. For the health and safety of your guests, the food needs to be refrigerated asap.

Yes, gluten free options available including but not limited to gravy and rolls.
