Our cooking technique ensures that each pig is cooked slowly and evenly to create juicy, tender meat with crispy crackling.

Whole Roast Lamb

Each lamb is slow-roasted, whilst being bathed in olive oil, lemon, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. A delicious centerpiece for any event.
